Build Process

Our Rustic Wall Ruler is crafted in two pieces and designed to fold for safe shipping and convenient storage. Each piece is carefully stained with your chosen finish, clear-coated, and lightly sanded with 220-320 grit sandpaper for a smooth surface. The ruler is then engraved with precise measurements using a CNC machine, ensuring accuracy and detail in every piece. After engraving, I sand the pieces again and inspect for accuracy and quality before assembling with a hinge to make it foldable. Finally, the ruler receives a final clear coat before being shipped to your door.

Engraved Measurements

The engraved measurements on the ruler start just below the 2-foot (61 cm) mark and extend to 6 feet 6 inches (198 cm). If you prefer the ruler to start at the 1-foot (30.5 cm) mark, it will extend up to 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm).

Please note: We do not guarantee that the measurements will be exactly accurate, as wood can warp due to temperature changes and other environmental factors.
