Our Story

iirntree began in 2016 on Etsy with a simple idea: create real wood furniture that feels warm, personal, and built to last. What started as a small woodworking project has grown into a dedicated workshop, serving customers across North America who want pieces with character—not mass-produced furniture.

From the beginning, we’ve been inspired by the richness of natural materials and traditional woodworking techniques. Every design is born from the belief that handmade furniture should be both beautiful and practical, bringing everyday comfort as well as a sense of charm and personality to your home.

How We Build

We work primarily with locally sourced wood, selected for its character, strength, and natural beauty. Every board is cut, shaped, sanded, and assembled by hand. Variations in wood grain, knots, and texture mean that no two pieces are identical—each one is truly one of a kind.

From the first sketch to the final quality check, our team pays attention to the details that matter:
