Refund policy

Production & Shipping Because every item is handcrafted specifically for you by our small team, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. We always try to get your order out sooner if possible!

• Important: Please double-check your address at checkout. We require a physical address and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellations Since we build each order on-demand, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials are allocated and construction begins, so we are unable to offer refunds or stop production.

Our Return Policy We want you to love what we’ve built for you. If we made a mistake and your item arrives not as described, please contact us immediately so we can repair it or send a replacement free of charge.

Standard Returns If the item arrived as described but you would prefer a refund, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.

• Fees: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items Please note that all sales are final after 7 days. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds on:

• Custom/Bespoke orders that match the description.

• High-value orders exceeding $500 CAD ($400 USD).

• Orders affected solely by shipping carrier delays.
